QuikMedia, LLC provides:
Paid advertising and campaign management across various digital platforms.
Lead generation and appointment setting for businesses.
Specific guarantees, such as a set number of appointments or closed deals, may be offered based on the individual contract signed between QuikMedia and the client. Results may vary, and no general guarantees apply unless explicitly outlined in a written agreement.
2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the effectiveness of our services, clients must:
Provide accurate and up-to-date business information.
Adhere to any required procedures, strategies, or SOPs specified in their agreement with us to qualify for any guarantees.
Prohibited Actions:
Clients may not:
Misrepresent or lie about results.
Resell leads generated through our services.
Run additional paid advertisements related to our campaigns without notifying us.
Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in forfeiting any guarantees and/or termination of services without a refund.
3. Use of Proprietary Materials
We may provide proprietary materials, such as sales scripts, templates, and guides, for client use. These materials remain the intellectual property of QuikMedia, LLC. Clients are permitted to use them only for their own business purposes and may not redistribute, sell, or modify them without our written permission.
4. Payment, Refunds, and Cancellations
Our services are offered on a monthly retainer basis.
A minimum contract period may apply, depending on the specific agreement with the client.
Partial refunds may be granted only under specific conditions, such as failure to meet a contractual guarantee.
Clients must provide written notice to cancel services in accordance with their contract terms.
5. No Affiliation With Third-Party Platforms
QuikMedia, LLC and its services, including HighTicketRoofing, are not affiliated with Meta (Facebook), Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, or any other advertising platform. Any references to these platforms are for descriptive purposes only and do not imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, QuikMedia, LLC and its employees, officers, and agents are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use of our services.
7. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless QuikMedia, LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from their use of our services, violation of these Terms, or misrepresentation of results.
8. Termination of Services
We may suspend or terminate services at any time if a client violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent or unauthorized activities.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes must be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delaware.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
